I don't take things too seriously; life is far too short.

I grew up on the south coast of the UK, and now live in Manchester. I miss the sea, and get to the seaside as often as possible for the fresh air, and to blow the cobwebs away.

I am a Cub Scout leader. I never went to Scouts as a youngster, but my children went, and I joined in to help. Somehow I became Akela... not sure how that happened, but it's something I enjoy.

I'm a productivity enthusiast. I enjoy finding new ways to compliment my workflows, to improve the way I work, without impacting my work.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it - but sometimes you just have to tinker!

I enjoy watching F1 and am also a Star Wars fan (not a geek, but totally grew up with it, so it's 'part of me'!)

Give me a box of Lego and I'll sit quietly for hours minding my own business.

I like writing.
