Whilst I have used Apple Notes, I’ve found the inability to be able to nest Smart Folders is a bit of a blocker.
My organisation system only involves tags, so not being able to create sub-folders with the ‘smart’ type is a dealbreaker for me.

However, I do agree it’s a very capable app; which has got better over time.
