So, I wrote this article during my lunch break.
Working at home means sometimes not taking the necessary breaks! It’s easy to just carry on.
Taking a break is crucial to maintaining balance.
So, I decided to take a few minutes to write my thoughts, and then I thought I’d share them with you.
Taking breaks is important for mental health.
Concentrating on work continually is not healthy.
It’s important to take a breather.
To reflect on the day, and to switch gears.
Mental health is very important for everyone.
Whether a schoolchild, parents at home with small children, people sitting at their computer all day, and those outside doing the heavy lifting.
Without a break, we can go ever-so-slightly mad.
